At Karhu, we stand by the quality of our performance footwear and apparel, offering a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition. We want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your athletic pursuits, so we make the reconciliation process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
